I came here feeling stuck and I don???t feel that way anymore. Going from session

in different ways was invaluable. I have reconnected with a part of myself that

I am so glad I decided to partake of this journey. It was a long time coming.
The program itself provides a basis for the individual to use collectively all
the tools insight, and information received from practitioners. This allows the
individual to form and pattern a path that???s fitting for their own needs. I am

create my own personal regimen. I was impressed with the depth of insight the
practitioners possessed. They all seemed to have a sense of peace which

It was so much more healing and life changing than I???d expected. I have been on
a spiritual path most of my life and am pretty familiar with the various modes

??? one on one. The sessions were private and felt safe and really were tailored

It was so much more than I could have imagined. Each session built upon the
previous one so that the earlier sessions didn???t get rated as well because I
didn???t get the full impact of the session until it worked itself into the next
session???By the end of the wee, I found Don communicating with me much more
openly and he was less tentative speaking to others. We learned some skills
that will be invaluable in the coming years to avoid some of the pitfalls we
have found ourselves in. I no longer fear becoming just like our parents. We
have tools to help us communicate our feelings and frustrations well before
they mutate into anger and resentment. And building on the tantra session will
certainly be a wonderful adventure. So much has opened up for us in one short
week. I am so looking forward tour next 33 years together.

I thought that the whole program flowed very well with sessions building on
each other to give me an unbelievable result. There???s a lot to reflect on. I
do believe that my life has changed. Already (or still after coming home) I
see more drive in me to communicate better with Andrea and a vastly improved
sense of intimacy. What a tremendous boost for our marriage. Personally, I???ve
already started two new things to express myself and ???do my own thing???. My
favorite part was opening up, exposing myself to Andrea in a way that I???ve

Before I came to Sedona, I had felt the need for more male energy in my life
??? not a definite requirement, just a vague feeling. While in Sedona I saw 7
women practitioners and 4 men ??? it was the men who gave me what I really needed
though Amalia came close with the dancing! What I needed to experience was men
who have an energy, enthusiasm, interest and respect for life, for people, for
animals, for nature, for women, and for wives. They have it in bucket loads
and it was evident in the way they talked and acted. It was perfect and I will
be eternally grateful for their sharing of themselves with me.

What an awesome experience I had with the healers that I met through
SpiritQuest. When I came I was scared of the unknown. I didn???t know what to
expect, but I knew that talking to Ed and Katherine on the phone I would be
okay. It seems that SpiritQuest knew what I needed in my life at that time
because each session had a thread that was connected and that thread was
connected to me, to teach to love myself and have a voice in my life. I also
learned that the answers are always inside of me. That is I take the time to
pray, meditate and listen to the answer, it???s right there. When I got home it
took me a while to adjust to the new information that I received. It was a lot
to take in, but each day I notice a peaceful presence within myself. My life
has changed so much for the past two months. I am much happier with who I am

My sessions were scheduled back-to-back, and as much as I enjoyed all of them,
it would have been more beneficial if there was more time in between. I felt I
did not have the time to reflect on the previous session before embarking on
the next one. It was indeed an intensive retreat for merely 3 days. On my
next return (!), I will allow more time & less sessions.

I truly appreciate the loving care by everyone. They gave me their heart felt

How to find peace again and how to let go of hurt and anxiety. I also learned
techniques for meditation, breathing and creating sacred places/ceremonies.

I feel so hopeful and alive, grateful and centered. I don???t feel I need to be
in control or demand and secure my place in the world. I have it anywhere and
everywhere. I also will not blame others or be disappointed by others for not
loving or showing the care I need. I have a newfound energy and am much more
aware of it. I???ve learned not to judge.

I most was amazed by my medicine wheel and intensive breathwork sessions.

Thanks to everyone associated with my journey, their kindness was above-beyond
my expectations. Not to mention the talent. This has been the biggest gift
I???ve ever received.

Once I booked my SQ retreat, I was careful not to allow myself to form
expectations of what my experiences would be. I didn???t want to get my hopes up
that I would have any particular experience and then be disappointed if I
didn???t.

By the end of my first day of sessions I realized that my experiences already
far exceeded any hopes or expectations I could have formed.

In retrospect, I am filled with respect and gratitude for the integrity, skill,
and authenticity of each practitioner with whom I spent time. During my
retreat I was deeply moved by the love, generosity and ability of every
practitioner.

I felt truly seen. I was affirmed in the vision of myself, which I have
resisted. I was encouraged to move confidently forward into my full being. I
was enabled to see, touch and believe truths of my self and my vision and
ability that had previously been difficult or frightening to embrace.

For all this, as well as simple, beautiful human connection, I am forever
grateful.

Dear Ed and Katherine,

I just wanted to drop you a note thanking you for the incredible experience in
Sedona. I am pursuing all kinds of metaphysical trainings/understandings so
that I may become a part of the universe that helps others. You were both a
big part of that and I am grateful our paths have crossed.

Katherine, although we didn???t spend much time together, I could feel your
warmth and caring nature while reviewing my schedule for the week. It took me
a couple of days but I saw your incredible talents at the house in your
paintings-from the strong powerful modern art in the living and bathroom, to
the subtle and touching art in the Manzanita room. Above my bed was the
beautiful painting of a fairy resting on a tree with no reflection in the
waters below. So very touching.

Ed, who knew an archeologist could be so enlightened? Our hike was fantastic.
I knew nothing of the Hopi Indians but now feel grateful to know so much about
an incredible group of people with strong perseverance and desire for peace.
What an example for the rest of us. I will be emailing you some of my pictures
over the next few weeks.

I know I am supposed to fill out a review of all my practitioners but the truth
is they are all great! On a scale of 1 to 5, they were 10???s in my book. They
provided me insight into myself, my energies, my abilities and the
world/universe around me. Each and every practitioner gave me a great gift of
raising my consciousness to unimaginable heights-all in their own unique way.

I also want you to know that Kim and Kelly are also great. Their warm support
and true caring about my experience certainly put my mind at ease. Although I
didn???t see them very often I???m glad I was able to meet them in person at the
office.

I don???t know when I will be returning to Sedona but when I do, I???ll be visiting
with friends.

For along time now, I have had a feeling of being empty. I have been struggling
also with my religious upbringing vs. spirituality, trying unsuccessfully to
open my heart because I knew I was empty, but reverting to my head, listening
to the ???eyes and ears??? of what I thought should be. Now I feel free. Free to
embrace the spiritual side of me, free to follow the intuitive messages I hear,
free to know God more deeply and fully than religion allowed me to. Free to
FEEL.

It doesn???t happen overnight, of course. SpiritQuest was the first step. A
huge step to opening up to embrace what the rest of my life looks like. The
tools I now have will enable me to meditate more deeply, let go of behaviors
that no longer need to be a part of me, and to live in each moment, discovering
every day my soul which has been recovered.

The experience was all brand new for me. I???d never really thought about
spirituality in the way that it was presented to me during this retreat. I???d
never meditated or told myself any affirmations. I???d never thought about
breathing in the way it was spoke about. With all of that said, I learned more
than I could???ve imagined. My whole world has changed. I learned ???Love??? which
is something that was never a focus. I enjoyed being out on the land and
getting connected to myself and Mother Earth. I enjoyed learning meditations

Our experience here was nothing short of magical! We really fell in love with
Sedona-the way it feels, the way the light and clouds play such an amazing role
in day to day life. All the healers and practitioners were truly inspirational

that we each reconnected again with is the benefit of breathing deeply-we talk
about it and ???know??? what to do but often do not do it. While in Sedona we got

I will be very honest???.after paying my initial deposit, I was having some
second thoughts about paying so much money to experience my SpiritQuest
adventure, but by the end of the first day, all I could think about was that
the gifts I had already received (and would receive over the coming few days)
were???..priceless! My guides and practitioners were without exception wonderful
spiritual beings. Their coaching and prompting allowed me to look deep inside
myself, and allowed me to understand for the first time in my life the true
nature of who I am, our connectedness to one another and Mother Earth and the

Well first I learned acceptance-of myself my past, my family. Next-to let go of
issues that have burdened me. Also, I realized of my deep, strong connection
with Mother earth.

I found answers to life-long questions. The truth was revealed and I welcomed
it. The truth set me free.

My spirituality deepened humbly. As in the medicine wheel-I felt a loving warm
embrace From Mother Earth. I learned that by experiencing the embrace-I can
enhance life, i.e. people, plants, animals-all of life and love deeply.

I came wanting peace and I rediscovered the peace, love and joy within me-in me
because I am the creation of the Creator. I am peace because that is what the
Creator imagined into creating. I am fulfilling the Creator???s desire and am
humbled by the notion that I can even dare to please God.

I learned about the power in being spiritually supported. There???s nothing else
like it. When our behaviors, actions and choices are in alignment with
Spirit-anything is possible. BUT, in order for that success to occur, the
presence of like-minded people is essential.

I made a life changing decision within the 3 short days that I was there. I
don???t yet know the impact that will have on my life, but I immediately felt the
benefits it had on my heart.

I loved my sessions-all of them. Each one was exceptionally valuable in
different ways. However, I found that my time with Joseph was extraordinary
and mystical. Powerful, weird, effective, and something that remains with me.

I believe that I was served in the best possible ways. Each practitioner spent
more than the allotted time with me, and made me wish that I could become a

many valuable tools from everyone I have met and words will never be able to

Next time I come it will be for a week. The two days was a bit quick paced for
me. That might have just been because my energy was so low.

How my life has changed: continue to use tools I learned in Sedona.
Especially the journal Kirah suggested. I continue to learn from my
experiences in Sedona. August 12th there was another death in my family. It
was not a crippling because my power, energy has grown strong. I am done
mourning the loss of my ex. I am done grieving for my children???s father. I
love and approve of myself and put myself first now. Never done this before!

I am bringing my children to Sedona when they can get time off from work.

You will see me again!

This experience was definitely life changing. I felt like I was SpiritQuest???s
only client and every single practitioner focused only on me and my growth. I
felt a shift starting to happen during the welcome ceremony on Friday, and on
Wednesday the floodgates opened up and I couldn???t stop crying! It was strange
for me because I am not a ???weeper???. But I realized how much my body had stored
and it was finally releasing. I feel I need to mention each practitioner by
name; Barbara, Lara, Adele, Laura, Divyo, Terra, Miguel, Rhea, Joseph, Skip
and Kirah all worked so hard to get me to realize I had created my own
experiences, and that I have the power to change old patterns and continue
creating the kind of experiences that I want to participate in. This week was
the most empowering and cleansing week of my life. I feel exhausted, but I
also feel so much more positive. I have a new lease on life! I???m returning
home eager and excited to apply what I???ve learned here. I cannot adequately
express with words how grateful I am to have been given the privilege to work
with these amazing practitioners.

Wow. Did you know I initially tried to get out of coming to Sedona? But your
site kept coming up, and I took that as a sign, so I traveled from London to
Sedona. Where to begin???..That???s difficult actually because so much
happened. What I will start off with is this. ALL the practitioners were
amazing in their own way. ALL the practitioners were deeply committed to the
healing and affirming process. They gave of themselves, unselfishly and
willingly and with their knowledge guided me on the most amazing journey of my
life. I made a few friendships as well, with Joseph and his partner Jentara,
and with Lara???which, if and when I come back to Sedona, I will definitely hope
to meet. But back to the SpiritQuest???it started slowly this unfolding of
sorts???one session quietly leading to the next???one layer of myself being peeled
away for each and every moment, until I found myself as I had once been, many
years ago, before my crazy life took over. I was experiencing the authentic me
as I knew me, when I was 14 years old???It was so powerful that I felt my entire
being vibrating with this energy that felt as if it were radiating from me like
nothing I had ever experienced. And instead of feeling as if I were flying, it
felt as if I was deeply grounded, both to the earth, and to myself as I truly
am. I met my spiritual guides that I knew deep inside myself had always
existed, and felt that these guides had led me to Sedona. They, and your
practitioners also taught me a lot about what it means to be truly authentic,
and how that actually felt. Well, it felt amazing actually. Your
practitioners, inclusive of both you and Ed, made me feel so welcome, so
accepted, so loved, so safe and so happy. I don???t think I had ever felt this
level of acceptance in my life before. And in feeling this, it then gave me
this tremendous access to my own power and confidence which just blossomed for
every day. I found I didn???t need my sleeping pills, I slept like a log. I
didn???t need a glass of wine. I wanted instead to be totally present within
myself, and that actually felt good, thanks to all of you. This spiritual
journey actually changed my life. I felt transformed. Completely. And then I
went back to London as my authentic self.

That brought about its own challenges which I am now dealing with, which is why
it has taken me ages to write. I had been traveling all summer, and only feel
as if I have processed this journey to actually write about it, because, for
the longest time, I was in a state of bliss really just enjoying the effects of
my journey but not actually determining exactly what happened.

SpiritQuest gave me the confidence to do what I have wanted to do for
years...more of that another time???but I am now in the process of something and
using what I learned at SpiritQuest to help me. And believe me, it is!
SpiritQuest gave me such feelings of intense joy. The joy one experiences in
being in the moment with the divine. It felt as if each moment gave me
something precious, which led to the next moment, equally as precious. It
felt, and I still feel, that I am the drop that falls into the still pond, and
from that drop develop concentric rings, which transcend outward into the
universe. And that drop, that one little drop, is so important, because what
you are then as you fall into the stillness of the pond, will determine what
you send out into the world, and what will vibrate in the universe. That drop
defines you then, and for the future as well, which is why I am so conscious
now of that one little drop each day.

How I live, how I CHOOSE to live and what that means, not only for me, but for
everyone. My interconnectedness to the universe has become so sacred to me
now. It is what I give to the world each day and SpiritQuest taught me, that
being myself, my authentic self, my happy self, is the best thing I can do both
for me, and the world.

So these new principles are principles I am trying to live by, thanks to you.
I am eternally grateful to you both, and to your team of healers. You have
collected such wonderful people to help you in these retreats. I felt that
Sedona had and has become my spiritual home. One day I will be back, and one
day I will hope to see you all again. You have all changed my life, truly. And

I am not sure I know yet how this experience impacted me.

I do know it helped me transition-and that was exactly what I wanted to do and
what I was ready to experience.

I know I wanted to feel good about who I was and what I could do???I didn???t want
to feel compromised or judged any longer.

This SpiritQuest was medicinal and healing.

I am amazed and appreciative of how each and every step was a foundation for
the next.

I am indebted to those who are open and willing to help me (help myself).

I want to come back. I want to be more. I want to become.

Most of all I want to Love ??? again.

I was only able to explain the transformation in pictures. One is before I came
to Sedona. The other is after.

Only in time will I be able to see the impact. But I do know I was able to
shed the harsh, the negative, the purgatory demons that were holding me down,
holding me back. I feel free. I feel me. I feel beautiful. And I feel loved.

SpiritQuest did a great job at setting the foundations I need in order to
connect with myself. I will take these lessons home and put them into effect,
if I do it properly I will have a fulfilled life. I???m unable to select a

As someone who tends to be a science nerd, (said with pride) during most days,
I was a bit nervous about both the New Age and experiential component-primarily
because I worried that both might equal unboundaried or ???had their own
agenda???.

My concerns were groundless. While the practitioners challenged me on multiple
levels, it was thoughtful, respectful, kind and loving. This allowed me to
take personal risks that helped me shift and start letting go of much baggage.

I also appreciated Kelly for being a compassionate direct person who was
helpful personally and a good model for setting loving boundaries with the
people in your life. The experiential work was particularly good for someone
like me who is analytical and cerebral.

My life changed abruptly during the retreat and the retreat gave me tools to
deal with it. More sense of wholeness, safety, value, peace of mind and
feeling like ???its all good and right??? even when it doesn???t seem like it. How
to balance? How to feel everything and just let it go so I can come back to my
own core, breath, and energy. Letting go and letting things shift in their own
time and fashion is much easier-and surprisingly, works much better ((-: thank

My overall experience exceeded all of my expectations. I truly say this with
sincerity and honesty. All of the practitioners were so welcoming and
beautiful in their own way. I instantly felt welcomed and completely safe to
allow all my vulnerabilities to come through. I feel so blessed to have had
the opportunity to come to Sedona and do this retreat. Sedona, in itself, is
such a remarkable place. This has been a unforgettable experience and it will
stay in my heart forever. This journey is just the beginning of a new way of
life and I will now dedicate time for myself on a regular basis. I have
learned so much within a four-day period and was exposed to new and wonderful
things. Breath work, chakra energy, family constellation and the medicine
wheel were new experiences for me and I???m so glad I did those sessions. I???m a
believer that knowledge is power and now I am able to pass it on to people who

The name says it all! SpiritQuest. I had already developed a ???base??? of
recapturing my soul and heart, But SpiritQuest took me all the way in. Every
session had its own unique component, but they all worked in harmony with each
other. They are building blocks to a complete ???you???. Tiffany helped me see all
the fragments of my soul, and collect back that which I had given away. Jahsah
gently brought me to a point of integration, and nurtured me with healing
touch.

SpiritQuest is all about re-establishing connection with all of the parts of
you, and connecting with nature and spirit. I am now in a place of loving
myself, trusting myself, forgiving myself??? I have released those things which
no longer serve me. I have been brought into a place of remembrance, and am
traveling towards my Personal Legend.

Before I came to SpiritQuest I was struggling with being alone and associating
that with not being loved. Being broken up with my ex-boyfriend of 2 years for
about a month but still struggling with feeling so sad and upset I came to
SpiritQuest to have a breakthrough around love, and have freedom from fear and
doubt. It was an amazing experience that opened my eyes to so many things about
myself and so many ways that I had been limiting myself, and lonely, it is not
true, I am never alone. I always have God/Universe, the Earth (mother earth
father sky) and my Higher Self. Just knowing this and being present to
it/aware gives me so much power and peace it instantly disappears my victim/old
habits, thoughts.

I am unconditional LOVE! I have lots of new tools to practice that support me

I learned how to tap into the energy of the earth and Universe and I felt my
heart being opened up.

I knew I needed to have more fun, laugh and sing. A lot of sessions reinforced
what I already knew. It was good to have that positve reinforcement. I enjoyed
drawing my picture of my happy place that I can use to get in touch with my
inner little boy. I haven???t used crayons for a long time!!!

I liked the circle integration, I learned my son needs me and I need him to
believe in myself and others as well, plus gratitude. I also liked the animals
that showed up in my circle; cougar, 2 horses, they describe me pretty well.

Rhea did a great job of beginning and closing my retreat sessions, I feel like
she quickly understood me and my personality. My life has started to change
already by accepting things as they are and not getting upset and assigning
blame. For example??? my seconds hotel where I accidentally broke the glass end
of a curtain rail, I just accepted it and got about the business of cleaning up
the mess.

I think it could have been better by having me complete a questionnaire
initially so I didn???t have to answer the same question ???so what is going on??? to
4 different therapists. Overall I really enjoyed the experience.

This was an incredible experience. I have learned not to be afraid of my
emotions even when they are unpleasant. I now know that I need to listen to
the emotions and feelings that I get and trust that they will point me in the
right direction. Loving myself and believing in myself and knowing that my
spirit knows what is true are important lessons I have learned. I experienced
a release of some deep emotions and learned that I don???t have to get trapped in
the unpleasant emotions. Connection to my spirit allows me to feel loved,
safe, and part of something so wonderful. The Sedona land helped me to connect
to my spirit and feel one with everything. Meeting and working with all the
wonderful, spiritual people was so inspiring and has made me realize that it is
possible for me to move beyond my past trauma, anxieties and fears, and expand
my spiritual side. Although some sessions I found better than others, they al
played a role in my journey and each one had messages and learnings.

Together they all led to a better understanding of myself, new beliefs, and a
strong sense of direction for the path I must take to feel good about my life.

As we pack our bags and prepare to head back home we feel our hearts free and
open. Knowing that each and every experience in Sedona has only begun to
manifest.

The moment we arrived, pulled up to Steve and Heidi???s and saw the beautiful red
rock heart propped in the yard, welcoming us, we felt our hearts open. Each
experience, so uniquely rich, filled, opened, invited and held us as we
journeyed deep into ourselves and our relationship.

I was such a mess when I called you. I felt such pain, loss and frustration.
Learning about the chakra points, meditation, and Tai Chi were amazing and
profoundly affected my future. I have learned that I must take time for fun,
to take care of myself physically and spiritually to deflect the stressors of
my life. I have learned to set boundaries with those around me. I have
learned to forgive myself and others. I have learned to love myself and trust
that I am a strong woman ready to take on the world and help others. I???ve
formed a deeper spirituality than I thought I had and have reframed my thinking
about my past and future.

Thank you so much for your patience, kindness, love and knowledge. Your staff
is wonderful.

Thank you for this morning. God has blessed me with an abundance of Grace and
Glory. The sun is warm on me as it rises amongst beautiful red rocks with a
chilling wind surrounding me.

The streams, waterfalls glimmering golden leaves, birds and deer have brought
such joy. I will return to breathe in this land.

This whole experience was one that I will always treasure. I was right here at
the right place, right time, and doing the right thing.

The ???events??? I went through were done in the order that ???expanded??? inside me.
I learned to trust my intuition more and also, most importantly, listen to my
own needs. In trusting that intuition to listen, it helps me to be filling my
tank when I need it. My feeling is that all our tanks need to be full and
overflowing.

This certainly makes me believe that change can be good and we can always
strive to be better. That is within us.

I will never forget this group of people. I was healed and loved and now I
know that I CAN. I love everyone in this group and mostly I love how my life
is going-in the right direction in the light.

Words can???t express al the wonderful things I have experienced during the last
seven days. Each session seemed in perfect order, one built on the other. I
loved the fact that none of them had any other than me, very few looked at
their clocks, they had nothing to sell me other than sharing their knowledge,
what a wonderful gift that was. None of them cared where I worked, what kind
of car I drove, or how I looked. They looked at my soul, mind and heart, that
was truly what it was all about. I realized a lot about myself. I think I
have had it in me all along just didn???t know how to channel it correctly but
now I do. I feel like I have been given many gifts-each session sent me home
with a gift that is in my heart and it has value only to me.

I could write a book about my experience in Sedona all which was captured in my
heart. I can???t thank you enough for opening my mind, heart and spirit in a way
that will last forever. One of the best things I???ve ever done for myself. I
do plan on returning yearly to build on what I have learned. Watch me grow.
